How We Work in Fountain Hills, Before and After the Install

We are a small water filtration company. We test your water, explain what the results show and fit the system that suits your home. Then we come back. After every install we check how the equipment is running and walk you through the care it needs to keep working well.

Why the Work Doesn't End on Install Day

Most water treatment problems we see did not start with poor equipment. They started after the installer left. A filter cartridge never got changed, a softener was set for the wrong hardness, or a brine tank ran dry for months. Good equipment needs a little attention, and most people were never told what that attention looks like.

So we give the weeks after the install as much thought as the day itself. Before we leave, we show you where the bypass valve is, how to read the control head and which parts you will replace and when. We write the settings down and leave that note with the system, where you can find it.

Then we check back. A short follow-up lets us confirm the readings, adjust anything that needs it and answer the questions that only come up once you have lived with the system for a while. It is a small habit. We think it is the one that matters most.

What You Can Expect From Us

A free water test comes first

Every recommendation starts with a test of the water at your tap. The test is free, with zero obligation. If your water does not call for a softener or a reverse osmosis unit, we tell you so and leave it there.

Equipment chosen for how it ages

We look closely at the tank, the valve, the media and how easy the filters are to reach. A system you can service without crawling behind the water heater is a system that actually gets serviced. Installation is included with the water treatment systems we provide.

Care for the space we work in

Most installs happen in a garage, a utility closet or under a kitchen sink. We protect the floor and nearby finishes, keep cut pipe and fittings contained, and leave new lines neatly run and labeled.

A care plan you keep

You get a written note of your settings, the filters or salt your system uses and a sensible schedule for each part. When we follow up, we go over it together.

Where We Work

We are based in Fountain Hills, AZ, and work in homes across the surrounding area, including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Carefree, Cave Creek, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, Guadalupe, Apache Junction and Gold Canyon. White scale on faucets and shower glass is familiar across the Valley, so we test before suggesting anything and come back once your system has settled in. The Service Areas page has more detail.
